I advise on corporate law transactions, in particular on company transfers, M&A or capital increases. Having done most of my studies in Germany and with my professional experience as a Legal Advisor in a multinational pharmaceutical company, I am in charge of international issues and the establishment of foreign companies in France. My activity in the Franco-German economic network and as German Honorary Consul enable me to follow local economic development issues as closely as possible.
