I specialise in corporate law, particularly with regard to legal structuring and asset management. My training in tax law enables me to deal with tax issues faced by companies, both in the context of tax disputes an in terms of optimisation, particularly in relation to transfers of businesses. I also advise executives on their personal tax issues.
